Rules and Regulations
1. NO RIDERS ON TRACTORS ON GROUNDS, DRIVER ONLY!!! 2. All tractors must be weighed and grouped (Weight to include driver).
3. Driver must be old enough to drive in a safe and responsible manner on or off the track.
4. Fifteen feet is a complete pull.
5. Height of front end raising off of the ground will be at the officials discretion.
6. Two trys to complete your pull.
7. Stalling the tractor cancels one pull.
8. The drawbar cannot be more than 20 inches from ground and from a stationary point. The hitch must not move more than one inch up or down.
9. Tractors cannot be altered in any way while on the track.
10. No weights can be changed while on the track.
11. All weights must be secured to tractor.
12. No modifications of engines of any kind.
13. No modifications of any kind to tractors.
14. Four wheel drives can pull, but the front wheels must be in neutral or any assists that would power the front wheels.
15. No dual wheels or chains allowed.
16. Must be clear access to the hitch on tractor from standing on sled pan.
17. Pull must be started with a tight chain or wire cable.
18. DRIVER MUST BE WITH THEIR TRACTOR AND IN LINE WHILE THEIR CLASS IS BEING PULLED. NO EXCEPTIONS!!! DRIVER WHO FAILS TO HOLD POSITION IN LINE WILL FORFEIT HOOK OF THAT ROUND.
19. Judges and pulling steward have the right to stop a contestant if the tractor is being operated in an unsafe manner.
20. No jumping up and down or leaning back over seat.
21. Judging will be on best distance and judges will make all final decisions.
22. Must have 7/8 inch or larger hole in drawbar.
23. No weight frame or weight may extend more than 24 inches beyond the front of the tractor frame.
24. Any jerking of the sled, hot-rodding tractor in pit or pit areas, will result in disqualifying the driver.
25. No one on track except officials and one puller.
26. No alcoholic beverages of any kind permitted.
27. Arguing or unsportsman like conduct toward officials is cause for disqualification of both tractor and driver for the day.
28. If there is a protest, the pulling officials will decide if it is a legitimate complaint. (Example: engine modifications, etc). If they decide that the complaint is legitimate the protested tractor will be disqualified.
29. If sled cannot be moved after 2 tractors, sled will be pulled back to start line and those 2 tractors will have a chance to pull.
30. All decisions of officials are FINAL!!!

7. Pulling off factory hitch must be a minimum of 24” from center of axle to hitch point.
8. There must be a 3 inch hole in clevis or drawbar to accept the 3 inch hook on sled. Hitch must not be obstructed by anything and meet the approval of track pulling officials. Hook must hang, not lay on hitch.
9. All drivers must have a 3/4 inch pin or larger to adapt to clevis or hitch of tractor.
10. Tractor must meet the approval of the pulling track officials.
11. No modifications of chassis. Must have fenders and hood as equipped from factory.
12. No modifications of engines of any kind in stock classes.
13. No duals or chains.
14. Tires can be 1 size over factory size. And must meet the approval of pulling officials. No dish wheels, unless stock from factory. NO ALUMINUM WHEELS!!! NO double cut tires!!!
15. Four wheel drive tractors can pull, but front wheels must be in neutral or any assists that would power the front wheels.
16. Tractors must have original shields and guards in place.
17. Three-point hitches must be anchored down if being pulled by it. Any visual assist on this type of hitch will give the driver an automatic disqualification.
18. Weights must be bolted, chained in place, etc. any weights or parts being lost while on the pulling track will disqualify the driver.
19. No weight frame or weight may be extended more than 24 inches beyond the front of the tractor frame.
20. Any jerking of the sled, hot rodding tractor in pit or pit area will disqualify driver.
21. Judges will inspect all tractors, to determine if tractors are safe, and will check for modifications that are illegal.
22. Judges will decide what class tractors will pull in.
23. Tractors must stay within marked boundaries.
24. All vehicles while being hitched and unhitched will be in park, in neutral, or the engine shut off, with both hands in the air to signal the hitcher his safety.
25. No one on the track except track officials and one puller.
26. No loss of liquids on the track.
27. No alcoholic beverages of any kind permitted.
28. Judges have the right to stop and disqualify any tractor if it is not being operated in such a manner as would be considered safe.
29. Arguing or unsportsman like conduct towards pulling track officials is cause for disqualification of both tractor and driver for the day.
30. 4,500 lbs. thru 9,500 lbs. 3.5 mpr speed limit no shifting. 11,500 lbs. thru 18,500 lbs. 7 mpr speed limit no shifting.
31. PROTEST MUST BE MADE BY COMPETITOR OF THAT CLASS AND BROUGHT TO TRACK OFFICIALS NOT TO THE ANNOUNCER STAND OR REGISTRATION BOOTH!!!

2. DRIVERS MUST BE WITH THEIR TRACTOR, IN LINE WHILE THEIR CLASS IS BEING PULLED. DRIVER WHO FAILS TO HOLD POSITION IN LINE WILL FORFEIT HIS POINTS FOR THAT CLASS.
3. Block must be same as manufacture of tractor. Must use OEM head. Tractor identification must be by actual transmission, rear end and chassis size not by decal or sheet metal.
4. All tractors must be equipped with original style hood or grill.
5. Exhaust must discharge vertically upward above highest point of tractor with the exception of roll bars and be securely attached. Exhaust must be at least 18 inches above the hood and no curved pipes or rain caps can be used. Exhaust pipe must be cross-bolted with two 1/4 inch bolts.
6. Minimum drawbar length 18 inches from center of rear wheels to point of hook. Drawbar must be stationary in all directions, not over 20 inches from top of hitch parallel to the ground.
7. All engine fans must be shrouded with steel 1/16 inch or thicker, 360 degrees or factory.
8. Turbocharger must be under hood. Maximum turbocharger size 3x3 inlet bore at the compressor wheel or a restrictor plate 1/4 inch thick with a hole no larger than 3” in diameter within 2” of compressor wheel. Compressor wheel must extend into throat of housing.
9. Maximum 540 cubic inches on turbocharged diesels.
10. Intercoolers and water injection allowed.
11. Injection pump size and type must be the make for the tractor. A pump maximum.
12. Fire extinguisher required. A 2 1/2 lb. dry chemical of halon type must be used.
13. All tractors operating at or over 3,000 RPM’s will require the following: A. Flywheel protection in the form of either a scatter blanket or 4” X 3/8” steel around the
flywheel area. B. Air shut off. C. Side shields .060 thickness
14. Wheelie bars must support weight of tractor this mandatory.
15. Roll bars or roll cage mandatory for 2010. 300 lb. additional will be permitted to allow for additional roll bar/roll cage.
16. Top 4 tractors subject to inspection.
17. Maximum tire width is to be 24.5 inches.
18. Driver must wear shirt, heavy shoes and long pants. A helmet is required and a fire suit is highly recommended.
19. Tractor can only be registered once for points standings.
20. Driver pulling Hot Stock cannot pull Pure Stock or Stock.
21. Seat belts or 5 pt. harness mandatory for 2010.
22. PROTEST MUST BE MADE BY COMPETITOR OF THAT CLASS AND BROUGHT TO TRACK OFFICIALS NOT TO THE ANNOUNCER STAND OR REGISTRATION BOOTH!!!
23. Any disqualifications on first pull bars second attempt.
